We had 6 showings in less than 24 hours after list, and one turned into an acceptable offer! We were blown away by her attention to detail and keeping us informed in every step of the closing process. We were under the gun to get our house sold, as we had a pending close on a home we had built out of state, so we are so appreciative of all her efforts.
